Terms & Conditions

  • We ask for a 50% deposit up-front before we commence work on a project and the other 50% on completion.
  • Once the project has started no refunds are accepted for any reason.
  • We accept no liability for any damages or loss of parcels when sending and receiving.
  • You will receive photographs of your project throughout and on completion to ensure you are satisfied.
  • If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your project no refunds are accepted, however we will re-work projects.
  • We accept no liability for the payment of customs and tax charges when shipping internationally.
